PomPom is a comprehensive application designed to facilitate the integration of international employees into Dutch society and corporate culture. Our app is available as a B2B solution. The app addresses the key challenges faced by international employees, including accessing essential information, social integration, and internal corporate communication, which are currently fragmented across various sources.

Unlike existing solutions like individual corporate brochures or general expat apps like Internations, which do not offer trial periods or are not tailored specifically for corporate settings, PomPom is directly integrated with company accounts ensuring data security and content relevance. Its unique value lies in its focus on reducing redundancy by centralizing shared information and providing a platform for both international employees and local Dutch employees to interact seamlessly. This tailored approach is absent in current market offerings, positioning PomPom as a pioneering solution in the corporate integration space for international employees in the Netherlands. In addition to this, current best-competing solutions also do not combine information provision and social integration systems in one place, which PomPom does.
