One of the SDGs is to reduce inequalities between people. Every day we are confronted with bias and the challenge starts when your position requires you to make objective choices. According to our two-phase validation conducted, 90% of managers face challenges considering the unique profile of their employees and over 2 million euros are trapped in the medium and large businesses because of that. This is the point when companies lose in the game because without having a clear understanding of the unique profile of your employees, you can not help them reach their full potential, which translates into limited performance for your company. Being aware of the skills of your employees is not sufficient to make a team work. Individually, they might have amazing skills, however, without chemistry between members and the potential to empower each other, the project will not reach the expectations set.
We are providing a management consulting tool that helps managers of medium and large companies to fully objectively assign employees to project teams. With the use of science, specifically the neuroscientific survey provided by us, and technology (the AI algorithm), the best team component is created based on the skills requirements, as well as considering the chemistry between members. What makes us unique is the focus we put on the current employees, so the already existing resources of the company. To this end, the chances of being involved in projects, from the employee perspective, is fair, based on their unique contribution. Our solution facilitates the job of the manager and offers an objective proposal, considering the requirements of the project, as well as the unique profiles of the employees.

Currently we are developing the neuroscientific survey for the employees and after that we will develop the AI algorithm

We would need more connections and funding. We are already in contact with companies to test the prototype, but we would need more support, as well as awareness about our service.
