Yes. We have a built the CASA 1.0, a 3-unit apartment building with a proof-of-concept installation. The CASA 1.0 was purchased by housing corporation Woonbedrijf and is currently occupied by tenants.

Our latest product, the Integer 32, is an all-in-one installation concept for 6-8 unit apartment buildings. Some of its features:

• Highly integrated: shared installation integrated with the building design to meet all the energy demands of climate control and hot tap water.
• Future-proof: integrated cooling and independent of net metering. Residents do not need to worry about rising energy prices.
• Sustainable: with up to 4 times lower emissions than traditional net-zero homes with solar and heat pumps
• Prefabricated: with faster installation times and lower on-site errors.
• Predictive maintenance: for a lower total cost of ownership and more comfortable living for the residents.

A 3-unit apartment building with a proof-of-concept for our installation product was
completed in Helmond at the end of 2021, which was bought by housing corporation
Woonbedrijf. Furthermore, we have a letter of intent from Woonbedrijf to build installations for the next 24 apartments and an ongoing contract with construction company Hurks to co-
develop the next building-installation package.

In 2023 we plan to build the first Integer 32 as a demo project.
