The Vision & Mission

- Mission: We are systematically dismantling the cost, convenience, and geographical barriers of traditional coaching to make personalized wellness a daily utility, not a luxury.
2. The Problem
Guided attacks a two-sided problem in the wellness market:

- Accessibility & Cost: High-quality personal training is expensive and geographically limited.
- Convenience: Scheduling sessions around work and life is a major point of friction, leading to inconsistency.
- Personalization: One-size-fits-all apps and pre-recorded videos lack genuine personalization, accountability, and the motivational power of a human connection.
- Intimidation: The gym environment can be intimidating, preventing many from starting their fitness journey.

- Limited Reach: They are typically restricted to their local client base.
- Inefficiency: Significant time is wasted on administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, and marketing instead of coaching.
- Underutilization: Unfilled slots in their schedule represent lost income.
- High Fees: Gyms and studios often take a substantial cut (40-60%) of their earnings.

You can either follow generic, pre-recorded videos on an app, but they don’t know you or your goals. Or, you can find a great coach in the real world, but that’s often expensive and a hassle to schedule around.
Many people try to patch it together themselves—finding a coach on Instagram, paying them with a Tikkie, and meeting on Zoom. It’s a clumsy, disconnected mess.
Guided fixes that.
We bring a real, human coach, dedicated to you,right to your phone for live, 1-on-1 sessions. We just handle all the annoying parts like finding a good match, booking, and payments seamlessly in one app.
Simply put: It’s the personal connection and expertise of a real-world coach, with the convenience you expect from a modern app.

The first users of this software MVP will be the clients and coaches from our “Concierge” phase.With a functional MVP in the wild, the goal shifts to data-driven iteration and finding a repeatable growth model. Main metric will be the Repeat Session Rate. This tells us if we’re actually providing lasting value. Talk to our early users constantly. What is the biggest problem they want us to solve next? What’s preventing them from booking another session?

To move from a validated idea to a scalable business with real impact, our needs fall into three critical categories.
1. Money (Seed Capital) We need a starting investment to build the app, run our first ads to find users, and pay the salaries of our first two key employees.
2. The Right People (Our Team) We need to hire for two critical roles:
- A lead developer who can build the product from the ground up.
- A community and growth manager to take care of our coaches and users.
3. Smart Partnerships We need smart collaborations to help us grow faster:
- To find coaches: Partner with fitness and yoga certification programs to bring their new graduates onto our platform.
- To find users: Partner with companies so they can offer Guided as a health benefit to their employees.
And most importantly, we need focus. We have to avoid the “let’s add one more feature” trap and stay focused on solving the core problem with a simple and valuable product.
