Imagine this: you’re a construction worker, and you lift and carry heavy bags of cement for 8 hours a day. The repeated straining will probably cause knee and back problems. Now, there are exoskeletons out there, like these, that can lighten your load and prevent your injuries.

But there’s a problem: you won’t like wearing them. One user even described the experience like “dancing with a really bad partner”. Current exoskeletons are built for functionality, but not for the human inside the suit. We, Exo Membra, are going to make exoskeletons that people will want to wear.

To get there, we discovered a unique market: Cosplay. We make decorative exoskeletons for people who like to wear costumes. We use this to develop comfortable exoskeletons, while adding more and more functionality.

Our end goal is to branch off and make fully functional exoskeletons for the industry, the medical field, and for the average Joe.
