We are bridging the gap between education and the business world, by offering virtual job simulations on our platform. These job simulations are co-designed by top companies to replicate their work environment and give students a taste of what's like to for them on a day-to-day basis. The programs also include some assignments, and tasks to test the skills of the candidates. By participating in these programs, students easily explore different career opportunities, upskill themselves with workpalce skills and get noticed by companies with their performance.

We tested our pilot program with two universities: HAN and Fontys University of Applied Sciences. A class of students participated in our pilot program to explore a company and worked on a business challenge to showcase their skills. 4 of the students won a part-time internship opportunity at the end of the program.We've got 2 pilot customers on board, one of them is a large tech consultancy firm with over +25,000 employees in size, and the other is a small-medium size Marketing firm from Amsterdam. We are going to launch 2 virtual job simulations for both of them, focused on different job roles, in mid-july.We are also in talks with other leading tech firms from the Netherlands. We are aiming to have 3 more pilot customers by the end of July.All the pilot programs are paid.We are part of 4 Incubator Programs:

- Startup Founders Hub by Microsoft

The programs are online, and open access to all job seekers/students around the world.
Wat zijn jouw volgende stappen om het verder te ontwikkelen? / What are your next steps to develop the initiative?
Our current website is sufficient for now to meet the needs of our pilot customers. However, our aim is to turn it to a fully-scalable platform, which will host hundreds of programs and thousands of users. Therefore, one of our next step is to build a great developer team to create a fully-fledged recruitment platform.

Our goal is to become a universally known platform for companies: to attract, preskill and hire job-ready talent. To do this, we are aiming to reach out to more companies to launch programs and and expand our relationships with Universities/Talent Academies to attract more job-seekers to our paltform.
