After launching our MVP in 3 weeks, we gained 86 freelancers and 8 clients.
This is a Generative AI platform where clients just have to chat with an AI agent which matches them with freelancers based on their requirement and quality.
We first started out with something called 30-minute freelancing where we assigned freelancers to a client in a 30 minute live call. Later after this validated our problem-solution market fit, we then launched this MVP which was a pivot from our previously failed startup which is now standing at a 86 freelancers and 8 clients.

Current freelancing platform allows anyone to sign up which makes the platform self regulated, in return this causes significant distress for clients to pick certain freelancers, on top of which profiles of freelancers can be rigged with fake reviews and uncertified achievements which causes longer time for clients / SMEs to outsource task to freelancers. After learning about these behavior through customer interview and manually assuming freelancers to clients in 30 minutes, we have finally built the MVP and moved our users over there, as this now prevented the time by approximately 300% to hire and get on with outsourcing.

We realized that as much as this is an AI tech business, it’s also a people’s business!
The generative AI product we had it ready since it was a pivot from our previous AI startup and our founding team is more than capable of building it further.
Right now the next step is to get inbound traffic into our platform from client side, hence networking events and/or media exposure such as this innovative students in Netherlands 2024 and similar event would be crucial to form strategic partnership to enterprise clients for B2B deals or B2C clients to SMEs.
After which, funding would also be critical but based on the current cash flow that we have, we can still bootstrap it a little further. However raising an investment is also a pivotal part of our next step.
Wat heb je nodig om (nog meer) impact te maken met dit initiatief? / What do you need to make (more) impact with this initiative?
Since it’s a people’s business as we are democratizing the 3rd world country freelancers to EU market, specifically in Netherlands. Hence if we are to break the stereotype of remote work on a next level about skilled and affordable freelancers from 3rd world country, that is unheard of, since many people we have encountered in Netherlands still isn’t familiar with this concept and this growing market.
This event of Innovative students in Netherlands along with network that we would be able to tap into via this event would be crucial for us to make even more impact with this initiative.
